- 01What is overnight ES doing? Range, not direction.
- 02Which catalyst prints today? Time and expected impact.
- 03Where is yesterday’s VWAP? Above or below it now?
- 04Where are my five SPY levels for today, written down?
- 05What is my invalidation level? Hard, not “maybe.”
- 06What position size, in dollars, am I willing to lose?
- 07Did I sleep? If no, half size or no trade.
